Shipping Policy

QuickStudio backdrops are printed and prepared after your order is placed.

Order Processing

Ready-to-print backdrops usually require 2–4 business days for production before shipping. Once the backdrop is printed, inspected, and prepared for shipment, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Because we currently receive, inspect, and repackage orders before shipping them to customers, please allow approximately one additional business day for handling.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most U.S. orders are expected to arrive within 7–14 business days after production, depending on carrier transit time, destination, and any unexpected delays.

Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. QuickStudio is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed, please contact us and we will help review the tracking information. QuickStudio is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Packages

If your backdrop arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and product. We will review the issue and provide the next steps.
