Shipping Policy
Most QuickStudio backdrops are ready-to-ship and prepared for shipment after your order is placed. Custom backdrops follow a separate production timeline — see the Custom Backdrops section below.
Order Processing
Ready-to-ship backdrops are kept in stock. Once your order is placed, we inspect, repackage, and prepare it for shipment within 2 business days. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most U.S. orders are expected to arrive within 5-7 business days total (2 business days handling plus 3-5 business days transit), depending on carrier transit time, destination, and any unexpected delays.
Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. QuickStudio is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed, please contact us and we will help review the tracking information. QuickStudio is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will do our best to assist.
Damaged Packages
If your backdrop arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and product. We will review the issue and provide the next steps.
Custom Backdrops
Custom backdrops are made to order and are not kept in stock, so the 2 business day handling time above does not apply to them. Production begins once your design is finalized, and total production and shipping time will vary depending on design complexity. We will provide an estimated timeline before production begins.
