We want you to be satisfied with your QuickStudio backdrop. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Ready-to-Ship Backdrops

Ready-to-ship backdrops may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Ready-to-ship backdrops may be carefully unpacked, hung using the grommets, and evaluated on camera. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery provided the backdrop remains clean, undamaged, unwashed, and in resellable condition. Items with stains, odors, tears, or damage beyond normal handling and evaluation may not be eligible for a refund.

To start a return, sign in to your account at getquickstudio.com/account and request a return directly from your order. You can also contact us at hello@getquickstudio.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping

QuickStudio provides free return shipping on all eligible returns within the 30-day return window.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Custom Backdrops

Custom backdrops are made to order and are final sale once production begins. They are not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or is produced incorrectly.

Because custom designs are created specifically for the customer, all custom backdrop sales are final once production begins.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@getquickstudio.com.

Please include:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and provide the next steps.

Cancellations

Ready-to-ship orders may be cancelled before fulfillment. Custom orders may be cancelled only before design or production work begins.
