We want you to be satisfied with your QuickStudio backdrop. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Ready-to-Print Backdrops
Ready-to-print backdrops may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the backdrop must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in resellable condition. Items with stains, odors, tears, damage from installation, or signs of misuse may not be eligible for a refund.
To start a return, please contact us at getquickstudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Custom Backdrops
Custom backdrops are made to order and are final sale once production begins. They are not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or is produced incorrectly.
Because custom designs are created specifically for the customer, all custom backdrop sales are final once production begins.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at getquickstudio@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and provide the next steps.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if production has not yet started. Once a backdrop has entered production, the order cannot be cancelled.
